Toyota forecasts lower production in December
Japanese car manufacturer Toyota Motor has announced cuts to its December production plans this week, about 20 days after adjusting its annual production guidance lower, Kallanish learns from its official release.
The company expects to produce 750,000 vehicles in this December, including 250,000 units in Japan and 500,000 units overseas. Like it did in the past months, Toyota blamed the cuts on a parts shortage resulting from the spread of Covid-19.
