Tube values increase slowly in Italy

Welded tube values in Italy are increasing gradually but still lagging behind hot rolled coil values by at least €60/tonne ($65), sources in the market tell Kallanish.
Compared to December, discounts have been reduced by some 4 points. Demand picked up in January and continues to sustain after a quiet fourth quarter.
