Turkish domestic, export HRC prices fall

Turkish mills have lowered their hot-rolled coil (HRC) prices for both the domestic and export markets, pressurised by the worsened market sentiment around the EU's investigation on steel imports, market participants tell Kallanish.
Mills' offer prices have declined slightly to $660-670/tonne ex-works this week, or down $10/t on-week, for end-May and June-rolling HRC. But bid prices have also fallen by $10/t to $650/t, say local buy-side source…
