Asia absence slashes Turkey’s June rebar exports further
Turkish rebar exports continued to decline in June, falling by 28.7% on-year to 469,857 tonnes, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. They were, nevertheless, up from 397,485t in May.
Their average price, though, increased to $846/tonne from $638/t a year earlier, but decreased from $884/t in May 2022.
