Turkish pipe exporters halt offers amid uncertainty
Turkish pipe producers are seen refraining from giving offers due to uncertainty in the markets arising from the war between Ukraine and Russia. On the other hand, demand is also weak as buyers are reluctant to purchase for the same reason.
