Turkish rebar exports continued their downward trend in December. They plunged by 47.7% on-year to 267,532 tonnes. Although they were down from 361,811t in October, they were slightly up from 265,755t in November, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish.
Their average price was $694/tonne, down from $702.5/t in December 2021 and up from $666/t in November 2022.
