Turkish scrap remains subdued amid lacklustre steel sales
Most Turkish mills are seen keeping their domestic scrap buying prices unchanged from last week.
Although mills' scrap inventories are not that strong, they are taking their domestic scrap purchases slowly while halting imported scrap purchases. This is mostly due to mills' lacklustre steel sales and decreasing steel prices.
