Turkish scrap prices continue downward trend
Scrap prices are continuing to fall in the Turkish market for both imported and domestic material.
Following the Baltic-origin deal at $363/tonne cfr Turkey for HMS 1&2 80:20, there were rumours on Friday of a UK-origin sale at around $350/t cfr and another sale from the EU at around $340/t cfr. These are, however, yet to be confirmed.
