Turkish slab imports rebound, Russia leads supplies
Merchant slab imports into Turkey rebounded with gusto in June after the May collapse, pushing six-month intake to exceed last year's. Expectedly, almost all of June-arrived slab came from Russia, with a very small Chinese lot too, Kallanish learns from Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data.
