Ukraine’s April flats exports increase, longs shipments fall
Ukraine increased flat-rolled exports in April compared to the previous month, according to national customs data.
Total volume delivered amounted to 60,200 tonnes, up by 3.1% on-month, Kallanish notes. In monetary terms, flat product exports amounted to $43.85 million, up 15%.
In January-April, Ukraine exported 183,100t, down by 84% on-year. In monetary terms, flat product exports amounted to $125m, less by 87%.
