US calculates countervailing subsidies for Turkish rebar producers
The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined countervailing subsidy rates for three Turkish rebar producers under review and rescinded its investigations into 21 other Turkish rebar producers/exporters, Kallanish understands.
