US Commerce rescinds some Korean steel duties
The International Trade Association and the US Department of Commerce have partially rescinded an administrative review of countervailing duties on certain corrosion resistant South Korean flatrolled products, reports Kallanish.
Commerce is rescinding the review of 31 companies because it was determined they did not ship subsidized product to the US during the period of review, which was the whole of 2020.
