US OCTG prices continue climbing
Prices for OCTG P110, 5.5-inch diameter pipe have not reached their peak, as prices climbed another $50-$100/short ton this week, Kallanish learns.
This week, Kallanish raised the price of P110 to $4,100-4,200/st. This is up from last week when the range was $4,050-4,100 st.
“Deliveries will become extended from current quotes. As that happens, prices will firm, and operating rates will shrink as needed,” says one OCTG distribution source.
