Prices hold for imported standard pipe
Pricing for A53 standard pipe imported to the US held this week after having experienced a reduction the week of 19 May, Kallanish reports.
One distribution centre source noted the price for the week stabilising at $1,500-$1,800/short ton.
Since foreign mills continue to be booked out for the first half of the year, sources are unclear whether the price will hold or increase.
