Vietnamese HRC import market withers away
Vietnam’s import market for hot rolled coil has remained weak despite a rebound in Chinese prices, Kallanish notes. Domestic HRC prices are still depressed and recently, low-priced import offers from Taiwan are pressing the market down, market participants say.
