Vietnamese scrap market sees Hong Kong cargo booking

The Vietnamese scrap import market is quiet, Kallanish notes. Demand is weak because of sluggish domestic rebar activity. A recent bulk scrap booking for HMS 1&2 50:50 from Hong Kong was ordered on 6 July at $388/tonne cfr Haiphong.
