Voestalpine places convertible bonds worth €250m
Voestalpine has successfully placed convertible bonds in the amount of €250 million ($274m), Kallanish hears from the Austrian steel and technology group.
The convertible bonds are denominated in €100,000 and have a maturity of five years. They will be issued at 100% of their nominal value and can initially be converted into approximately 6.1 million new and/or existing no-par bearer shares of voestalpine AG.
