Walsin Lihwa aims for nickel capacity expansion

Walsin Lihwa’s board of directors has decided to acquire a 29.5% shareholding in PT Westrong Metal Industry in Indonesia by means of capital increase. The transaction is valued at $146 million, Kallanish notes.
