Ukraine’s Zaporizhkoks plant, part of Metinvest, increased production of blast furnace coke in January, the company says. Output amounted to 73,000 tonnes, up by 6.1% on-year, Kallanish notes. In December, output was up 6.2% to 70,800t.
In January-December, Zaporizhkoks reduced production of blast furnace coke to 737,400t, down by 8.2% on-year.
