Zhejiang steel mills announce February overhaul plans
Steel mills in eastern China's Zhejiang province have successively announced maintenance plans for the Spring Festival. Blast furnace production will be less affected during this period, but electric arc furnaces have increased overhauls as they faced production losses, Kallanish notes.
