Avtotor to invest almost $100m in EV production
Russian carmaker Avtotor plans to invest RUB 5.7 billion ($97.4 million) in the development of production capacities for the production of electric vehicles (EVs), which can start in November, says the founder of the company Vladimir Shcherbakov.
The main gaol is to replace the stopped projects for the production of models of German BMW and South Korean Kia and Hyundai, Kallanish notes
