Australia-based Pursuit Minerals says it has closed on the acquisition of Trilogy Minerals and its Rio Grande Sur lithium project in Argentina, becoming a lithium exploration company, Kallanish reports.
The deal had been announced last December. Trilogy has successfully completed acquiring five lithium licences near Salta, Argentina -- a step required before the deal could proceed. The five tenements cover about 9,232 hectares combined and were acquired for $1.94 …
