thyssenkrupp nucera to deliver 700 MW electrolysis plant to H2GS
Swedish start-up H2 Green Steel (H2GS) has selected thyssenkrupp nucera to supply alkaline water electrolysers to produce zero-carbon steel in Boden, northern Sweden, Kallanish learns.
The standardised 20-MW AWE modules known as Scalum will enable an installed capacity of more than 700 MW. This will be one of the largest electrolysis plants in Europe.
