Chinese SS400 HRC prices rebound in Vietnam
The Vietnamese hot rolled coil import market has picked up slightly this week after market participants returned from a long holiday weekend. The recent increase in domestic welded pipe prices could have bolstered HRC market sentiment, trading sources tell Kallanish.
