CIS continues to decrease steel output in September

CIS crude steel production decreased in September, according to the latest worldsteel data monitored by Kallanish. Regional output amounted to an estimated 6.97 million tonnes, down by 22% year-on-year. During the first nine months of 2022, crude steel production was 65.8mt, down 18.5% on January-September 2021.
