Kardemir fails to reach previous billet sale volume
Kardemir published a new price list and opened domestic sales for billet on Wednesday, Kallanish notes.
150mm square billet was increased by $10/tonne to $555-565/t ex-works, excluding 20% VAT. This is compared to the previous list issued on 21 March.
Kardemir's billet sales failed to reach the previous sales round’s volume of 55,000t, with 25,000t reported sold this time.
