More Chinese mills retain flats offers
More Chinese steel companies have announced they are keeping most of their April ex-works flat steel list prices unchanged from February-March, after Baowu and Anshan Iron & Steel lifted their hot rolled coil prices by CNY 50/tonne ($7.90/t).
