US publishes countervailing rates for stainless flanges
The US Department of Commerce has published the final results of its 120-day expedited sunset review for a countervailing duty order regarding imports of stainless steel flanges from India. Commerce has decided that revoking its countervailing duty order would likely lead to the recurrence/continuation of subsidies, Kallanish understands.
