Agile invests in Weltmeister
Agile Group has acquired a 4.42% stake in WM Motor Holdings with approximately $209 million. Coupled with the investment in September 2020, Agile will hold about 4.58% of WM's equity in total, corresponding to a value of approximately $217m. The investment involves the design, manufacturing and sales of “Weltmeister” brand BEVs, Kallanish reports.
