Alaska Energy Metals acquires nickel-copper project in Québec

Alaska Energy Metals Corp. (AEMC) has officially acquired the Angliers-Belleterre nickel-copper project in western Québec, Canada. As part of the deal with the project’s owner, 1413336 BC, AEMC issued over 31.8 million shares at CAD 0.315 ($0.23) and over 4.1 million warrants.
