American Lithium claims new lithium discovery in Peru
American Lithium, a Canadian mining company, announced Tuesday a new lithium discovery from a drill hole near the Community of Quelcaya in Peru.
The initial drill hole, Q26-TV, was first identified in a 2021 fieldwork. Additional holes drilled nearby have the same geology as the discovery hole, and the company expects to have full assays soon.
