Apple to deliver further software/hardware integration with new CarPlay
California-based technology company Apple has unveiled a revamped version of its car infotainment system Apple CarPlay, set to integrate software and hardware in new vehicles.
Company ceo Tim Cook said during its annual WWDC event on 6 June that the next-generation Apple CarPlay “will offer deeper integration with the vehicle,” allowing users to control things like the radio or change the climate directly through CarPlay.
