Apple’s technology vice president to lead car project
Apple’s vice president of technology Kevin Lynch is set to lead the company’s self-driving car project, replacing Doug Field – who left for Ford last week.
The departure of Field sparked a new round of rumours around the mysterious development, first identified as Project Titan in 2014. Apple is yet to publicly talk about its intentions to develop a car and confirm the replacement, Kallanish notes.
