Aterian secures Rio Tinto investment for Rwandan lithium exploration

London-listed exploration company Aterian Plc is welcoming Rio Tinto to its HCK Joint Venture project in southern Rwanda, in a deal targeting lithium mining, Kallanish reports. The parties signed a definitive earn-in investment and joint venture agreement for the exploration and development of lithium and by-products.
