Axpo, Enego to explore 100-MW green H2 project in Sicily
Swiss renewable energy producer Axpo Holding has partnered with French energy investor Enego to study the feasibility of a 100-megawatt green hydrogen plant in Sicily, Italy.
The proposed plant will be located in the Priolo-Augusta industrial complex in southeast Sicily, with the potential to expand to up to 300 MW, Kallanish understands. Under the cooperation agreement, Axpo will work with HYNEGO, a subsidiary of Enego.
