BMW Group’s BEV sales more than double in H1
BMW Group said Thursday its all-electric vehicles sales rose 101.5% in the first half of the year, accounting for 12.6% of all sales in the period, Kallanish reports.
The German carmaker sold 152,936 all-electric cars and a total of 245,486 electrified vehicles in H1. The 33.1% growth for the electrified powertrains was over sevenfold the increase in overall car sales.
