BMW hits 1 million electrified vehicle sales in 2 years
BMW Group announced on Tuesday it has now delivered 1 million electrified vehicles in two years, gearing to reach the next milestone in its electrification transformation.
The first millionth-sale-threshold includes mild hybrid vehicles, which run mostly on combustion engines. However, the carmaker group, which includes the brands BMW, Mini and Rolls-Royce, aims to deliver 2m fully electric vehicles (BEVs) by 2025, Kallanish reports.
