Bosnia and Herzegovina's (BiH) Council of Ministers has decided on the temporary suspension and reduction of customs rates for the import of new hybrid and electric vehicles (EVs) through 31 December, Kallanish notes.
The ministers' decree reduces the custom rate from non-preferential trade partners from 15% to 5% for hybrid cars and from 5% to 0% for EVs.
