Brazil unveils commitment to hydrogen as project pipeline hits $30 billion
The Brazilian government has confirmed low-carbon hydrogen is one of its top priorities, with the country already attracting around $30 billion worth of project announcements to date.
Mines and energy minister Alexandre Silveira unveiled on Wednesday its three-year work plan under the so-called National Hydrogen Programme (PNH2) in a meeting with the private sector. He said low-carbon hydrogen offers the country a new economic, social and environmental agenda.
