Chalice Mining inks JV with Northam Resource
Australian miner Chalice Mining has executed an earn-in and joint venture agreement with Northam Resources, Kallanish notes.
Under the agreement, Chalice may earn up to a 70% joint venture interest in Northam’s 1,600km2 exploration licence holding, located east of the Gonneville Deposit in the new West Yilgarn Province in Australia.
