Changan Auto to form battery JV with CATL
Chinese automaker Changan Auto announced it plans to establish a joint venture battery firm with Chongqing Changan New Energy Vehicle Technology and CATL New Energy Technology. This transaction still needs approval from China's Anti-monopoly Bureau, Kallanish notes.
