China Graphite Group plans acquisition in Fujian Yongjiu Silicon and Carbon
Hong Kong-listed China Graphite Group announced plans to acquire at least 51% of Fujian Yongjiu Silicon and Carbon Industrial’s shares, Kallanish reports.
China Graphite Group said in the statement that it has been actively seeking ways to diversify its income sources to bring about more returns and expand its business development. The investment is also expected to bring synergistic effects for its existing businesses.
