Chinese battery-grade lithium carbonate price remains stable
Battery-grade lithium carbonate price in China remained relatively stable at around CNY 300,000 ($42,476) per tonne last week, Kallanish learns.
The average price for the EV battery raw material was CNY 304,000/t on 29 May, a 1.33% increase from the previous Monday. As sentiment improves and de-stocking seems to be nearly finished, there has been less fluctuation in the lithium carbonate market last week than in previous weeks.
