COBALT: First Cobalt to sell Ontario asset, form JV with Kuya Silver
First Cobalt Corp reports that is has signed a letter of intent with Kuya Silver Corp to sell a portion of its cobalt-silver exploration assets in northern Ontario and to form a joint venture to advance the remaining mineral assets in the historic Canadian Cobalt Camp, Kallanish reports.
