COBALT: Jervois Global closes on acquisition of Freeport Cobalt
Jervois Global Ltd says it has closed on its acquisition of Finland-based Freeport Cobalt, Kallanish reports.
The final purchase price including working capital but excluding cash was about $192 million to reflect a bigger cobalt inventory acquired, says the Australia-based company. The deal had been announced in July as a $160m purchase.
