COBALT: Jervois Mining to acquire Freeport Cobalt for $160m
Australia-based Jervois Mining says it is buying Finland-based Freeport Cobalt in a $160 million deal that could make it the No.2 producer of refined cobalt outside of China, Kallanish reports.
