COPPER: Giga Metals to begin reconnaissance drilling programme in Brazil
Canada-based Giga Metals Corp says it is starting the first phase of a reconnaissance drilling programme at its Corrente copper property in Brazil, Kallanish reports.
The company is planning to drill 10 holes with a roto-percussive drill at an average planned hole depth of 150 metres at an approximate spacing of 500-1,000 m, targeting sedimentary-hosted copper occurrences, says ceo Mark Jarvis.
