COPPER: MMG resumes production in Peru after force majeure
Australia-based Minerals and Metals Group (MMG) says that it has progressively resumed mining and logistic activities from 31 December 2021 in Peru.
The company had its operations halted due to a 16-day blockage of public roads in the Chumbivilcas community, Kallanish learns from the miner. Production at the site is reported to have reached full capacity on 3 January 2022.
