COPPER: Solaris Resources plans to spin-out new subsidiary
Canada-based Solaris Resources says it plans to transfer its non-core assets in Ecuador, Peru, Chile and Mexico into a newly incorporated subsidiary called Solaris Exploration under an internal reorganisation. That will allow the parent company to focus on its rapidly growing and expanding Warintza copper project in southeast Ecuador, Kallanish reports.
