COPPER: Vale results improve in Q4 amid poor performance in 2021
Brazil’s Vale saw its copper production and sales rise both on-quarter in Q4 2021, Kallanish learns from the miner’s latest quarterly report. The miner's results, however, were down on-year in both fourth-quarter and full 2021.
Vale`s copper production was 296,800 tonnes last year. This volume was 63,300 t or 17.6% less than in 2020.
